Random Recap

I had these big plans to rearrange my apartment and then feel sorry for myself that my roommate left, but then it turned out that I didn't have a spare minute for the last week (or the next two for that matter).  So in reality what happened is my apartment became a complete and total wreck.  Just like so unlivable and stuffy that I hate being here-- but that's okay because the only time I've been here I've been asleep.

Quick Recap?

Monday: Hiking and Memorial Day Fair in Marin with an old coworker, evening practice with Faux Pas (my new improv troupe)
Tuesday: Improv Class Downtown
Wednesday: First Teaching Interview EVER in the East Bay (I hate interviews, I always feel like such a phony), go to Petco to look at the pet rats (seriously contemplate the stigma that would be attached to having a pet rat, perhaps a cockatoo would be better?  More eccentric hippie than creepy loner. Harder to sneak into my apartment though b/c of all the noise they make?), MUMFORD AND SONS. (pics and in depth post to come later)
Thursday: Exhausted from Mumford = 3 hour nap before Faux Pas' inaugural show in the Mish (great show!)
Friday: Dinner with the camp's new site director, then working box office for my improv studio
Saturday:  Sarah's B-day Picnic, possible party in the evening (probably skipping it though)
Sunday:  Season auditions with an East Bay theatre company

Monday: Leadership Training in Marin, Rehearsal with Faux Pas
Tuesday & Wednesday: Leadership retreat in Wine Country
Thursday:  Meeting/Networking/Informally Interviewing with an literacy-through-theater company
Friday:  An actual day off?  Working for the Improv Studio
Saturday: All Staff Training in Marin
Sunday: All
Staff Training in Marin, Red-eye to VA

Monday-Friday: VA, DE, Friends, Family, and Nathan's rats
[Friday Night: Flight to CA]
Saturday & Sunday:  Load-in Camp

Monday:  FIRST DAY OF CAMP
[Monday Night:  collapse]

Meanwhile this is the squalor I'm living in.  Look how tiny that bedroom looks.  There used to be two beds in there!
