The Mission

I have discovered a general disdain for people who live in the Mission.  It's the same disdain I felt for popular girls and people who were invited to a lot of parties in high school.  They have this self-involved "too cool for school" attitude that makes me simultaneously jealous and annoyed.  They are the kind of people that would paint a canvas green, put a yellow piece of tape on it, and call it "The Temptation of Saint Anthony" (but I'm the kind of person who would make an allusion to Breakfast of Champions when talking about how pretentious other people can be, so take it as you will).
